Olivia Watcher — Automated Stock and Price Synchronization
More than 12,000 Olivia.az products were updated manually in the Birmarket dashboard. Out-of-stock products were not zeroed out on time, while new products were added late, causing incorrect orders and lost sales.

The Olivia Watcher dashboard was built to track more than 12,800 products, run automatic checks every 20 minutes, detect out-of-stock, new, and discounted products in real time, analyze changes, and export data to Excel.
Stock and price synchronization was fully automated — manual work was eliminated, stock levels for out-of-stock products are immediately set to zero, and new products are automatically added to the catalog. In the last 15 days alone, 656 out-of-stock products and 436 new products were processed automatically.
